If you change your mindIf you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product by email at info@spiritandgrace.co.uk.If returns are requested after 14 days from receiving your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.You must return your order to us within 14 days of telling us, along with the returns form provided and return products in their original condition with all tags attached to: Spirit & Grace, P.O. Box 454, Alderley Edge, Cheshire, SK9 0GP What if my item is faulty or not as described?We are sorry about this! Please notify us by email at info@spiritandgrace.co.uk or write to us at Spirit & Grace, P.O. Box 454, Alderley Edge, Cheshire, SK9 0GP with details and photographs of the product fault. How long does it take to process a refund?We will confirm with you once we receive the products in their original condition. A refund will be made within 14 days.Where you are not returning faulty or misdescribed products but have simply changed you mind, we may reduce your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.You will have to pay the costs of return unless the products are faulty or not as described.Please contact info@spiritandgrace.co.uk if you have any more enquiries.
